We are finding the Android phones are putting the App to sleep.
If you are experiencing issues with your Android phone not Receiving a message within the CFSScan App you'll need to set "Apps not optimized"
in settings > battery usage (device maint. > battery > battery usage > 3 dots > optimized apps. Then add CFSScan
